HELVETIREADER IS LAUNCHED
Helvetireader is a userscript created by Jon Hicks that styles Google Reader to a wonderful minimal interface.
It’s not going to suit how everyone uses Google Reader, so you can take the CSS and fiddle and personalise to your hearts content!
All you need is a browser that supports userscripts and, of course, Helvetica.

I installed it but it’s missing lots of useful features so I had to disable it. Looks good but that’s all. It even hid “Mark all as read” button.

I enabled it for a short time, but I have never been a big user of Google Reader, so I won’t end up using it to be honest.
