HELLO WORLD

First of all I’m sorry for not updating my blog as often as I used to, but I was on vacation for 2 weeks and I preferred to stay away from the computer and take advantage of my free time to travel, take photos and enjoy the beauties of life and mother nature.

I rediscovered my passion for photography with a Canon Powershot SX100 during my trip to Marmaris, Turkey and afterwards I bought a russian camera to continue the saga

That really helped me disconnect from the quotidian stress, emails, phonecalls, etc. and focus on what’s really important in life: precious moments spent with loved ones.

But soon as I placed foot in the office the madness started ) It was good I didn’t activated roaming on my phone while I was away. Phew !

People were crazy, stressed out and grumpy. They needed some purple haze )

Although my blog was on standby, I see a lot of comments from you guys. Some I’ve already published, some I didn’t. Sorry but I don’t advertise on my blog. And… this brings me to another topic: Incidental advertising through comments on blogs with medium-high pagerank.

Gone is the era of spam-bots (not!!!) and people are hiring personnel to post dumb comments on blogs like “I really like your blog” or “Nice one!” with names like “Car sales online” or “Meet your soulmate” and links pointing to referring sites.

I really don’t see the point in doing this, since most of the blogs have moderated comments and bloggers can ban certain IP addresses. So why bother ?

Anyway… I hope you’ll enjoy my pictures and by the way: How was your first week after vacation ? )
